wise woman once told me
don't be surprised at anything anybody does -EVER
The wise woman was my good friend's mother, who offered up these words of wisdom to me when I was complaining about something shitty some boy either had or was in the process of doing to me at the time
Only now as I sit on the verge of my 3rd decade on this planet do I begin to comprehend what she meant

Welcome to my newest contribution to the blogosphere
As a child growing up I was always told that I didn't have to "keep up with the Joneses"
This always made me wonder who these Jones people were, and why they were somehow ahead of me, thus being people to whom I was obviously lagging behind in some capacity.
Now as an adult, I have met many Joneses, and can tell you that none of them are the ones I was forced into what amounted to a childhood "non-compete agreement" with.

The content of this blog consists only of opinions, assessments, and sometimes common sense (at least in my personal perception)
While I am a college graduate with more than one business degree, I am more so a student of life. I am not "certified" nor otherwise "qualified" to tell anyone else what to do in any general sense.
